Thank you for submitting your application to present to the RxRoundtable. Please note that this should not be a sales presentation, but an open discussion designed to help you with a business challenge by leveraging our Membership and their extensive industry experience.

Event format

The presentation segment is 60 minutes via Zoom, however your time commitment will include a prep segment and a follow-up segment, for a total of 100 minutes broken down in the following manner (all times are EST):

• 3:50PM EST to 4PM EST: Guest presenter logs in and preps with host and co-host, reviews format, discusses presentation decks (if any), and provides appropriate Zoom meeting controls

• 4PM to 4:10PM: Welcome, warm up, guest speaker(s) introduction by host, Harry Travis, housekeeping (if needed)

• 4:10PM to 4:25PM: Guest(s) provides an overview of the company for context* and then presents the group with a challenge or opportunity the company/team may be facing

• 4:25PM to 5:00PM: Guest and RxRoundtable Members conduct an informal discussion, ask probing questions, offer insight, and propose objective ideas to help move the needle forward for the guest and their company around their challenge, closing remarks

• 5PM to 5:30PM: Private follow-up conversation with Harry to gather initial feedback and discuss next steps as well as possible Spotlight Company Membership

*A few slides are optional and should facilitate context, however, a more complete slide deck can be supplied after the event and we will post on the event page for Members to review. Guests are responsible for running their slides during the meeting.

We invite all RxRoundtable Members to attend Spotlight Company presentations. They comprise former senior executives who have worked in companies that factor as potential clients or competitors (PBM's, health plans, specialty pharmacies, etc). Many of Members currently serve on boards or as senior advisors to growth-focused companies. A variety of titles held by our Members include: CEO/President/Founder, Vice President/SVP, Executive Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Senior Director Specialty Strategy and Innovation, Associate Director, Global HEOR, SVP, Pharmacy Network and Clinical Operations, VP Pharmacy Operations, Senior Legal Counsel Pharmacy Practice, Member of various State Boards of Pharmacy.

Please note that this event will be recorded and posted inside the RxRoundtable Member Resource Library for all RxRoundtable Members to access, such as those who could not attend in person.
