Professional Membership Agreement Summary

The RxRoundtable is a professional network. There is no established business relationship between The Travis Group, LLC., (hereafter “TTG”) and Members of the RxRoundtable. Opportunities for business engagements may present themselves. If so, they will be properly documented on an individual basis.

TTG will schedule events, speakers, and select topics at its sole discretion.

TTG will accept RxRoundtable Member recommendations for content and speakers and give each due consideration.

NO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION is to be shared at any time by TTG with Members, Members with TTG, without explicit, written permission, and must be properly documented and approved by all parties involved. TTG is not responsible for confidential information shared between RxRoundtable Members.

TTG has the right to revoke any RxRoundtable Membership at the sole discretion of TTG if the member is in violation of the RxRoundtable Guiding Principles.

TTG has sole discretion accepting or declining applications of potential RxRoundtable Members.

All RxRoundtable Members (Professional, Spotlight Company, Corporate Investor) are expected to attend at least half of the RxRoundtable scheduled events per year. Failure to meet this attendance requirement may result in loss of RxRoundtable Membership. Participation is critical to the success of the RxRoundtable. All Members are encouraged to:

  • Attend at least half of scheduled events per year

  • Actively participate in each event

  • Suggest topics and speakers

  • Recommend qualified people and companies to join

Professional Membership is $300 per year and renews automatically. If a Professional Member would like to close their RxRoundtable Membership account, they must do so within 90 days of account opening and provide notice to receive a full refund of their annual Membership fee.

If a Professional Member’s eligibility changes, as in the example of a Member in transition who finds new employment at any time, they must notify us. Upon notice, their annual Membership fee will be refunded in full, their RxRoundtable Membership account will be closed and they will no longer have access to Member-only content. They may remain a subscriber of the RxR Briefings, however.

All RxRoundtable Members may close their account at any time. If you would like to discuss the Membership Agreement please contact us before proceeding.
