Support FAQs
-
Because the RxRoundtable is a subscription-based Membership product, auto-renew is automatically applied when you subscribe.
To turn off auto-renew, you will need to cancel your subscription. You can always purchase a new subscription on your existing account user name and password.
You will still have access to the Member area for the remaining time of your current paid subscription.
You can make changes to your account in your account panel under settings.

When your RxRoundtable eligibility changes such as taking full-time employment or you are opting to close your RxRoundtable Membership, here’s what you need to know:
As per the RxRoundtable Membership Agreement, if you choose to close your Membership due to reemployment, your annual Membership fee will be refunded regardless of how long you’ve been a Member.
Your RxRoundtable Membership account will be closed and you will no longer have access to Member-only content or be able to attend Member events.
If you have a profile page in the Member Directory, it will be disabled.
Your credit card on file will not be charged again unless you re-enroll.
If you have contributed to any assets such as a training video that may be in the Resource Library, the RxRoundtable retains the rights to that asset and it will remain to the benefit of Members.I
If you are currently subscribed to the RxR Briefings newsletter, you will continue to receive your subscription and are welcome to subscribe if not already.
If any RxRoundtable Member would like to close their Membership account for other reasons outside of re-employment, they must provide notice within 90 days of opening their account to receive a full refund of the annual Membership fee.
Members are permitted to close their accounts via their Member Account panel under “Manage Subscription” or request the RxRoundtable Team close their account for them.
